In the past a BPO was known to be used by banks and mortgage lenders in a foreclosure and short sale situations. However, now BPO's are used by investors of all size, lenders, attorneys and many other professional organizations. A BPO is also a great tool for the individual homeowner and has many uses.

WHAT EXACTLY IS A BPO?

A broker price opinion, commonly known as a BPO, is a real estate professional's opinion of a property's value. The real estate professional's opinion is based off of data gathered about the subject property and compared to other similar properties. BPOs are most often used when setting the list price of a property, similar to a comparative market analysis, but have many uses in the real estate field.

SERVICE Price List

RESIDENTIAL BPO* (see notes below)

This includes single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and duplexes (Prices below are base prices and may vary based upon location, other services requested and rush order (if applicable).

Interior BPO

$397.00

An interior BPO includes an extensive set of photos. These photos include all exterior shots, street scene, interior photos of all rooms and major mechanicals. It also includes any additional notes from agent performing the BPO.

(2,3 and 4 unit multi-family properties are $598, $891 and $1,188)

**A ballpark estimate of any repairs and/or clean up needed can be added for an additional charge of $99.00 per unit upon request.

*** A Market Rent Report can be requested for $99.00 up to 4 units

Exterior Drive By BPO

$197.00

Our exterior drive by BPO will include photos of the exterior of the subject as well as the street scene of the property. Additional notes from agent performing the BPO.

Desktop BPO

$99.00

Our Desktop BPO is performed with no visit to the subject site. All information is pulled from public records and/or municipal databases, Zillow, Google, MLS and other informational services.

The average time to receive your BPO will depend on the type requested.

Exterior Drive By BPO - 10 business days or less (if out of the area, this time can vary. Upon receiving the request, we will give you an estimated date of delivery.
Interior BPO - 10 Business days or less if the property is vacant (if occupied, every effort is made to stay within the timeframe. However, delays are possible based on gaining access to the property. Therefore, 7days is not guaranteed)
Desktop BPO - 7 business days or less.
Exterior and Interior Residential BPO's are standard price above for the following counties in Florida (Brevard and Indian River Counties).
Any requests in the following areas for Exterior or Interior requests will incur an additional mileage charge based on location. Volusia County, Seminole County, Orange County, Osceola County and St. Lucie County. Please contact for exact cost. There is no additional charges for Desktop services in any area of Florida.
For any other areas in Florida not mentioned above, please contact us for pricing details. (Does not apply to Desktop services)
2-4 unit multi family properties incur additional charges as noted above.

Rush orders can be requested on Interior, Exterior and Desktop orders. However, a rush order is not guaranteed for a property that is occupied. All rush orders if approved, will be charged an additional fee of $149.00 per order for Exterior and Interior requests. A Desktop rush order will incur an additional fee of $50.00.
