The Owners Express Store Return Policy varies based on the type of product or services purchased. Please see below, if you are unsure, Click Here to send us an email with your questions and we will gladly answer them as quickly as possible. (Normally within 24 hours - Monday-Friday 8AM-5pm  Eastern Standard Time).  In the subject line please put "Order Inquiry" If you have placed the order also place your order number or Invoice number.

• ALL DIGITAL AND DOWNLOADED PRODUCTS
• All digital and download products are NON-REFUNDABLE once the checkout is completed.

• ALL SERVICE RELATED PRODUCTS
• All service related products, i.e. BPO and Property Audit Services are NON-REFUNDABLE once the checkout is completed.

• ALL PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE REFUNDABLE BASED ON THE GUIDELINES BELOW
• All product orders from the Owners Express Store are 100% refundable within 30 days from date of order. (Products and services ordered through third party vendors on Ownersexpress.com are to be return to the vendor or service provider where purchased)

• When returning a physical product, Click Here and in the subject line type "Return" and please include the following information in an email and we will send you a return mailing label:
• Full Name
• Address
• Invoice and/or order number
• email address
• Phone number
• Detailed reason for return

• Please allow up to 14 days for payment returns.
