Having over 30 years of experience in the real estate investment field, Norman has experienced many of the challenges that real estate buyers, sellers and investors encounter daily. He understands the changes and unpredictability that you may face during a real estate transaction. The products and services offered by Owners Express, and subsidiary companies, are specifically curated to assist and offer guidance to anyone considering a real estate transaction.

In the years prior to Owners Express, Norman built long-term relationships with industry professionals at banks, alternative lenders, title agents, real estate brokers, attorneys, accounting firms and property acquisition personnel throughout the United States. These long-term relationships have been and continue to be the cornerstones of his abilities to discover marketplace opportunities and trends in real estate. Norman has utilized these relationships within the real estate industry to work alongside and produce results for Owners Express and its domestic, international, and institutional clients. Doing business with Owners Express means gaining access to many years of knowledge and first-hand expertise from those in the industry. 

Over the last three decades, he has completed hundreds of property flips, wholesale deals, has been a principal or facilitated numerous successful SFR portfolio transactions and been instrumental in the acquisition or sale of various types of assets. He was also part of the executive team that built a single-family housing REIT from the ground up. Overseeing the day-to-day operations, he managed staff and hundreds of assets spanning multiple markets throughout the United States. Norman possesses a wealth of knowledge in real estate investing and puts that knowledge, experience, and his familiarity with various markets around the country into the services and clients he serves at Owners Express.
