Wholesalers are an excellent source of inventory for real estate investors. Wholesalers most times are the men and women driving the streets in search of vacant or rundown properties that they negotiate for an under market price.  They in turn will put the property under contract, add their mark up and assign the contract to an investor who plans to flip the property or hold for long term rental.
