Includes an initial consultation, review of up to 24 months of supplied records, lease and income review, market rent analysis, expense and operating observations, a written findings report, a prioritized action plan, and one 45-minute findings meeting.

Includes everything in the Desktop Audit plus one scheduled visual visit with current photo documentation, where lawful access and property conditions permit. Published on-site pricing applies in Brevard County. Other areas require confirmation and may include travel charges.

Standard pricing covers one residential rental unit. Additional units, multiple properties, expanded records, rush work, travel, and implementation support may require added or custom pricing. Ask about portfolio discounts.
