Do I need to clean out the property?
No. We take the items you want and we will handle the remaining debris unless there was a prior arrangement.
Do I need to be out of the property the day of closing?
Yes, but we close on the date you have chosen.
Can you provide me a price over the phone?
No. We do not provide prices over the phone without seeing the property. It is extremely hard to offer a fair price to you over the phone without viewing the property. There are ibuyers and companies that will provide an automated quote. In some cases, once they inspect the property they will ask for a price reduction. We visit and give you a firm price.
Do you purchase short sale properties?
Yes, we will purchase short sale properties. We can work with your lender if needed to understand your current situation and what price is needed for your property. If we cannot come to agreement on price we can assist you in a traditional sale.
Will you work with our estate attorney?
We will work with your estate representative to purchase a property.
Will you purchase my home and rent it to me?
Unfortunately, we do not offer that service at this time.
What is the price range of properties you purchase?
This a question we get asked frequently and it varies by property type. However, we will look at most price ranges of all property types. Contact us to discuss your individual situation so that we can give you a more detailed answer.
